Tuna is one of my favorites which is the main ingredient in some of my food preparations. I made this recipe many years back. It's so simple and easy to make. My kids love it... Ingredients
- 1 c. tuna flakes (canned)
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Chat Masala
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. MSG
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl except egg.
- Knead for 1 minute.
- Take 3 tbsp. mixture and roll it into a ball. Flatten it with palms.
- Dip in a beaten egg.
- Shallow fry until both sides turn brown.
