Tomato, Chicken, And Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms -- sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 55 ounce Chicken broth
- 4 c. Cooked chicken -- diced
- 29 ounce Stewed tomatoes
- 16 ounce Tomato sauce
- Dressing mix
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- Good seasons italian salad
Directions
- Cook and stir mushrooms in warm butter; gradually stir in broth, then add in chicken, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and salad dressing mix. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 min. Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat. Let stand at least 5 min.
