Toasted Coconut Cheese Ball

- 3/4 cup Toasted Coconut
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and vanilla extract and hand stir with a sturdy spatula, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- In a sauce pan add coconut oil and lighlyt toast coconut flakes, allow to cool and place on a platter/plate
- Remove cream cheese ball from refrigerator and roll and coat with toasted coconut flakes, cover and return to the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with your favorite, cookies or crackers.
