Teriyaki Steak Salad
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Top round steak
- 1 x 12 ounce bottle teriyaki marine
- 1 c. Shredded mozarrela
- 8 x Green onions sliced w tops
- 24 x Cherry tomatoes halved or possibly
- 6 x radished sliced
- 1 med green bell pepper chop
- 1/4 c. Sweet & sour salad dressing
Directions
- Marinade steak in teriyaki sauce in refrigerator for several hrs, turning occasionally. Remove steak and broil 3 to 5 inches from heat source for 5 to 8 min or possibly medium rare. baste with marinade after turning.Cold and slice. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and toss with dressing.
- arrange among 6 plates.Slice meat across grain crosswise and arrange atop greens.
