- LARGE PKG HAMBURGER MEAT
- 2 CANS OF ROTEL
- 2 CANS OR RANCH STYLE BEANS
- 2 CANS OF WHOLE KERNAL CORN
- 2 CANS OF PINTO BEANS
- 1 PKG TACO SEASONING
- 1 CUP OF PICANTE SAUCE
- 2 BAGS OF TORTILLA CHIPS
- 1 BAG OF SHREDDED CHEESE
- 1 CONTAINTER OF SOUR CREAM
Directions
- BROWN HAMBURGER MEAT AND DRAIN.
- ADD TACO SEASONING INTO HAMBURGER MEAT AS INSTRUCTIONS ON PACKAGE APPLY.
- IN A LARGE POT OR CROCK POT ADD INGREDIENTS:
- HAMBURGER MEAT, ROTEL, RANCH STYLE BEANS, CORN,PINTO BEANS, AND PICANTE SAUCE.
- COOK 15-20 MINUTES TO HEAT ALL THE INGREDIENTS.
- SERVE IN A BOWL WITH TORTILLA CHIPS, ADD SOUP AND TOP WITH CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM AS DESIRED.
