Ingredients

  • LARGE PKG HAMBURGER MEAT
  • 2 CANS OF ROTEL
  • 2 CANS OR RANCH STYLE BEANS
  • 2 CANS OF WHOLE KERNAL CORN
  • 2 CANS OF PINTO BEANS
  • 1 PKG TACO SEASONING
  • 1 CUP OF PICANTE SAUCE
  • 2 BAGS OF TORTILLA CHIPS
  • 1 BAG OF SHREDDED CHEESE
  • 1 CONTAINTER OF SOUR CREAM

Directions

  1. BROWN HAMBURGER MEAT AND DRAIN.
  2. ADD TACO SEASONING INTO HAMBURGER MEAT AS INSTRUCTIONS ON PACKAGE APPLY.
  3. IN A LARGE POT OR CROCK POT ADD INGREDIENTS:
  4. HAMBURGER MEAT, ROTEL, RANCH STYLE BEANS, CORN,PINTO BEANS, AND PICANTE SAUCE.
  5. COOK 15-20 MINUTES TO HEAT ALL THE INGREDIENTS.
  6. SERVE IN A BOWL WITH TORTILLA CHIPS, ADD SOUP AND TOP WITH CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM AS DESIRED.
