Taco Burgers
Ingredients
- 10 ounce. lean grnd beef
- 1 ounce. taco chips, crushed
- 2 tbsp. salsa
- 1 tbsp. canned minced green chilies
- 1-2 drops warm red pepper sauce
- 4 taco shells
- 1 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 c. diced tomatoes
- 4 ounce. cubed pared avocado
Directions
- Spray grill rack, place grill rack 5 inches from coals. In bowl, mix beef, taco chips, salsa, chilies, and pepper sauce. Shape into 4 equal patties. Grill 8 min, turning once for medium well or possibly till done to taste. Place burgers in taco shells, tip proportionately with lettuce, tomatoes and avocado.
