SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS
Ingredients
- 2 POUNDS GROUND BEEF
- 1 CUP ITALIAN FLAVORED BREAD CRUMBS
- 1 EGG, BEATEN
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP MILK
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- SAUCE:
- 1 CAN (21 OZ) PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 1 CUP BARBEQUE SAUCE
- 1/4 CUP FLOUR
Directions
- TO MAKE MEATBALLS:
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS VERY WELL
- ROLL INTO 1 1/2 INCH BALLS.
- IN A SKILLET BROWN THE MEATBALLS SLIGHTLY
- PLACE THEM IN A TWO QUART CASSEROLE DISH
- TO MAKE SAUCE:
- MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
- POUR OVER MEATBALLS.
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES
