Ingredients

  • 2 POUNDS GROUND BEEF
  • 1 CUP ITALIAN FLAVORED BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1 EGG, BEATEN
  • 1 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 1/2 CUP MILK
  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 CAN (21 OZ) PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • 1 CUP BARBEQUE SAUCE
  • 1/4 CUP FLOUR

Directions

  1. TO MAKE MEATBALLS:
  2. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS VERY WELL
  3. ROLL INTO 1 1/2 INCH BALLS.
  4. IN A SKILLET BROWN THE MEATBALLS SLIGHTLY
  5. PLACE THEM IN A TWO QUART CASSEROLE DISH
  6. TO MAKE SAUCE:
  7. MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
  8. POUR OVER MEATBALLS.
  9. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES
