  • Supreme Pork Chop

    Ingredients

    • 600g pork chop/Pork Loin
    • 1 onion – slices (optional)
    • MARINADE:
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tbsp plain flour
    • 1 tbsp custard powder
    • 1 tsp soda bicarbonate - tenderizer (I opt out)
    • 200ml water
    • 200g corn flour (add in last)
    • SAUCE:
    • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
    • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp curry powder
    • 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp light soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp water
    • 8. Leave about 1 tbsp of oil in the wok, sauté onion (skip this step if no onion use)

    INGREDIENTS:

    METHOD:

    1. Cut the pork chop into 1 cm thick and pound the pork chop with the back of a knife till tender.

    2. In a bowl, add in marinade except corn flour, mix well and leave for 30 minutes.

    3. Add in the corn flour to the pork chop and mix well.

    4. Heat up oil for deep-frying.

    5. Put in the pork chops and deep-fry till golden brown and cooked

    6. Dish and drain on paper towel

    7. In another small bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce

    8. Leave about 1 tbsp of oil in the wok, sauté onion (skip this step if no onion use)

    9. Pour in the sauce and cook till you get a thick texture

    10. Add in pork chops and mix well

    11. Dish up and serve on a bed of lettuce

    600g肉眼/梅肉

    1 粒大洋葱 -切片 (可选)

    1大匙蚝油,1小匙糖,1小匙盐,1小匙麻油,1粒蛋,2大匙面粉,1大匙蛋黄粉,1小匙苏打粉(我没用),200ml水,200g栗粉,后下。

    2大匙番茄酱,1大匙辣椒酱,1小匙急汁,1小匙咖喱粉,1/2大匙糖,1/2小匙盐,1小匙生抽,3大匙水

    1. 将肉眼切成1cm厚片,然后用刀背拍打至松,加入腌料拌匀,腌30分钟,再加入栗粉拌匀.

    2. 烧热油锅,下肉片炸至金黄色及熟便可捞起,沥干油份.

    3. 留1大匙油在锅,爆香洋葱片(假如没放洋葱,可省去这步骤)后倒入汁料煮至浓,加入炸好的肉片大火炒匀,即可上桌。
