This toasted sweet and spicy treat is great anytime. Serve for friendly get together's, tailgating, sporting event parties, and at holiday parties.
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 4 Cups Pecans
- In large skillet combine sugar, water and cinnamon; stir constantly over medium-high heat until sugar melts. Add pecans, stirring constantly until sugar begins to adhere to pecans. Remove immediately; spread on parchment paper. When dry, break apart and store in a airtight container.
- Yield: 3/4 Pound Nuts
