Sugared Pecans

This toasted sweet and spicy treat is great anytime. Serve for friendly get together's, tailgating, sporting event parties, and at holiday parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Cups Pecans

Directions

  1. In large skillet combine sugar, water and cinnamon; stir constantly over medium-high heat until sugar melts. Add pecans, stirring constantly until sugar begins to adhere to pecans. Remove immediately; spread on parchment paper. When dry, break apart and store in a airtight container.
  2. Yield: 3/4 Pound Nuts
