Strawberry Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pkt (small 1.1 ounce) sugar free Cook & Serve vanilla pudding
- 2 c. water
- 1 pkt (small 0.3 ounce) sugar free strawberry jell-O
- 4 c. sliced strawberries (16 ounce. box of fresh strawberries = 4 c.)
Directions
- In medium saucepan add in water and pudding mix. Mix well, then heat to a boil.
- Remove from heat and immediately add in the strawberry gelatin and stir till dissolved. Set aside and let it cold to room temperature.
- Place sliced strawberries into the bottom of a deep dish pie plate. Pour cooled pudding mix over strawberries and chill till chilled. Let it refrigerateand set well before slicing.
