Ingredients

  • 1 pkt (small 1.1 ounce) sugar free Cook & Serve vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 pkt (small 0.3 ounce) sugar free strawberry jell-O
  • 4 c. sliced strawberries (16 ounce. box of fresh strawberries = 4 c.)

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan add in water and pudding mix. Mix well, then heat to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and immediately add in the strawberry gelatin and stir till dissolved. Set aside and let it cold to room temperature.
  3. Place sliced strawberries into the bottom of a deep dish pie plate. Pour cooled pudding mix over strawberries and chill till chilled. Let it refrigerateand set well before slicing.
