Stir Fry Veggies with Pineapple
I learned this veggie recipe from our local Del Monte cooking tips. It's a different taste compared to the normal sauteed veggies. It's a must try. Ingredients
- 4 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 1 med Onion (sliced)
- 100 g Ground Pork
- 1/4 kg Sayote (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce (optional)
- 150 g Baguio Beans (sliced)
- 1 pc Red Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1 pouch (115 grams) Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits (drained, syrup reserved)
Directions
- Sauté garlic, onion and pork for 5 minutes.
- Add sayote, pineapple syrup, 1/4 cup water and oyster sauce. season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer until sayote is almost tender.
- Add DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits, beans and bell pepper. simmer until cooked.
