  • Quick Stir Fry Chicken (Or Beef)

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Pepper steak -Or possibly- (up to 1-1/2)
    • 2 x Boneless chicken breasts, cut in bite sized pcs (up to 4)
    •     Sliced onion
    •     Sliced green and/or possibly red pepper
    •     Broccoli flowerettes
    •     Cauliflower flowerettes
    •     Snow Peas
    •     Any other veggies you happen to have on hand
    •     Sliced water chestnuts
    •     Bamboo Shoots
    •     Frzn stir fry vegetables

    Directions

    1. Optional: Marinate meat in a mix of soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, and italian dressing.
    2. Serves: As many as you add in chicken/beef and vegetables for. Time to prepare: About 15 min
    3. Heat a small amount of oil in a wok or possibly large frying pan. Stir fry meat or possibly chicken till browned (meat) or possibly white (chicken). Add in water chestnuts and stir fry a minute or possibly two. then add in the other vegetables in the order of that take the longest to cook. Stir fry. Splash some soy sauce on at the end and let cook a few min for flavor to meld.
    4. Serve over white rice.
