Spirited Cranberry Punch
Ingredients
- 6 c. cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
- 1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
- 3/4 c. reconstituted lemon juice
- 1 (32 ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled
- 1 c. cranberry liqueur (optional)
- Cranberry star mold
- 2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. reconstituted lemon juice
- Fresh whole cranberries
- Mint sprigs or possibly holly leaves (optional)
Directions
- Prepare ice mold in advance. In punch bowl, put together juices. Just before serving, add in ginger ale, liqueur and cranberry star.
- In 1-quart measure or possibly pitcher, put together cranberry juice, water, and lemon juice. Pour 1/4 cup mix into 1 qt star mold. Arrange cranberries and leaves in mold. Freeze. Pour remaining liquid over fruit. Freeze.
