Ingredients

  • 6 c. cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
  • 1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
  • 3/4 c. reconstituted lemon juice
  • 1 (32 ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 c. cranberry liqueur (optional)
  • Cranberry star mold
  • 2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. reconstituted lemon juice
  • Fresh whole cranberries
  • Mint sprigs or possibly holly leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare ice mold in advance. In punch bowl, put together juices. Just before serving, add in ginger ale, liqueur and cranberry star.
  2. In 1-quart measure or possibly pitcher, put together cranberry juice, water, and lemon juice. Pour 1/4 cup mix into 1 qt star mold. Arrange cranberries and leaves in mold. Freeze. Pour remaining liquid over fruit. Freeze.
