Holiday Cranberry Punch
Ingredients
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (48 ounce.) bottle cranberry juice cocktail
- 2 pts. raspberry sherbet
- 2 (28 ounce.) bottles ginger ale, chilled
Directions
- Combine first 3 ingredients; stir till sugar dissolves. Add in cranberry juice; mix well. Chill. Spoon scoops of sherbet on top of punch. Add in ginger ale; gently stir to blend. Makes 3 1/2 qts.
