Spinach Quiche LFLS
Ingredients
- 6 pie crusts
- 9 cups milk, non-fat
- 12 cups egg beaters
- 15 oz spinach
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp pepper, white
- 1 nutmeg
- 18 oz lowfat mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Mix together in blender eggs, milk, spinach, seasonings. Pulse 3-4 times.
- Place 3 oz mozzarella cheese in each pie shell. Pour the egg/milk mixture into the pie shells with the cheese.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 25 minutes. Then cover the pies with aluminum foil and return to the oven for approximately 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let set for 5 minutes and cut into 6ths.
