Spicy Australian Lamb
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless Australian lamb
- 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of cooking wine
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1/2 stick of cinnamon
- 2 whole black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash and cut the lamb into thin slices.
- Mix coriander leaves, mint leaves lemon juice, garlic cloves, cinnamon stick, black pepper and grind it.
- Apply the mixture to the lamb slices
- In a large bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, all purpose flour, crushed red pepper, cooking wine, olive oil, rosemary, cumin seeds, apple vinegar, salt and mix it well.
