Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless Australian lamb
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of cooking wine
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 1/2 stick of cinnamon
  • 2 whole black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash and cut the lamb into thin slices.
  2. Mix coriander leaves, mint leaves lemon juice, garlic cloves, cinnamon stick, black pepper and grind it.
  3. Apply the mixture to the lamb slices
  4. In a large bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, all purpose flour, crushed red pepper, cooking wine, olive oil, rosemary, cumin seeds, apple vinegar, salt and mix it well.
