Soup of dry peas

- 100 g of dry peas, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 carrot, 1 small onion, 1 teaspoon of Vegeta, 1 teaspoon ground red pepper, 1 teaspoon cumin with marjoram, 1 tablespoon flour
Directions
- Peas pour water about 2 cm above the surface. Leave to cook under the lid for about half an hour. Pan-fry the onion in butter, chopped finely grated carrots and finely powdered pepper, flour and Vegeta. The whole mixture, stirring constantly pour into the pea mixture. Mix well and add the cumin with marjoram. Let coup about 5 minutes. Then shut down and cover with lid until administration.
- Serve with white bread.
