Smoked Pork Chops With Apples
Ingredients
- 6 smoked loin pork chops, cut 3/4" thick
- 1 c. cranberry-apple drink
- 1/3 c. maple or possibly maple flavor syrup
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 med. red cooking apples
Directions
- In 12" skillet over high heat, heat smoked pork chops, cranberry-apple drink, syrup, and vinegar to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 15 min, turning pork chops once.
