Smoked Pork Chops With Jalapeno Cherry Sauce
Ingredients
- 6 x boneless smoked pork chops - (1" thk)
- 1 can dark sweet pitted cherries - (14 ounce)
- 1 c. jalapeno jelly
- 1/2 tsp grnd coriander
Directions
- Grill pork chops, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 5 to 6 min on each side or possibly till done. Transfer to a serving dish.
- Bring cherries, jelly, and coriander to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Pour over pork chops.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
