Small Fruit Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 Jiffy cake mix
- 1 can Comstock pie filling (any fruit desired)
- 1 (6 ounce.) can nectar juice (apple juice can be used with most any fruit pie filling)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon spice (opt.) (cinnamon or possibly nutmeg)
Directions
- Put fruit in bottom of pan. Add in fruit juice or possibly nectar. Add in spice, if you like. Put dry cake mix over fruit and smooth out lumps. Slice stick of butter and place on top of dry cake mix. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 min or possibly till brown. Use 8" pan.
