Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lb stew meat
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 14 1/2 ounce minced stewed tomatoes
- 6 med carrots cut into 1-inch pcs
- 4 med potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 lrg onion coarsely minced
- 1 x celery rib sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- 2 x bay leaves
Directions
- Place beef in a 4- or possibly 5-qt slow cooker. Combine flour, salt and pepper and sprinkle over beef; toss to coat. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook 8 to 10 hrs on low or possibly 4 to 5 hrs on high. Remove bay leaves. Stir to combine and serve.
