    Ingredients

    • 1 Cooking oil 50ml
    • 2 Onions sliced 100g
    • 3 Chopped garlic 60g
    • 4 Chopped ginger 40g
    • 5 Shredded chicken 500g
    • 6 Medium shrimps 200g
    • 7 Curry powder 60g
    • 8 Chinese cabbage 200g
    • 9 Red chili julienne 100g
    • 10 Bean sprouts 100g
    • 11 Rice Stick noodles soaked in hot water then strained 600g
    • 12 Chicken Stock 100ml
    • 13 Light Soya sauce 30ml
    • 14 Ground black pepper 5g
    • 15 Salt To taste
    • 16 Fried shallots optional
    • 17 Spring onion optional

    Directions

    1. Method:
    2. 1 Heat no 1 add 2,3and 4 till fragrant
    3. 2 Add no 5 and 6
    4. 3 then add no 7 and fry till oil saperates from
    5. paste
    6. 4 add no 8,9 and 10
    7. 5 then add no 11 and stir fry
    8. 6 Add 12 ,13 and 14 and adjust seasoning with 15
    9. 7 Optional no 16 and 17 atop dish
