Shell Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb Small Pasta Shells, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/4 lb Provolone Cheese, cubed
- 1/4 lb Hard Salami, diced
- 1/4 lb Pepperoni Sausage, diced
- 3 x Green Pepper, diced
- 3 x Ribs Celery, diced
- 2 sm Onions, diced
- 1 can Black Olives, sliced
- 7 ounce Green Olives, sliced
- 3 x Tomatoes, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 c. White Vinegar
Directions
- Combine all dressing ingredients; shake or possibly stir well. Chill till needed. Combine all salad ingredients except tomatoes. Add in dressing, mix well. Chill 24 hrs before serving. Add in tomatoes right before serving.
