Ingredients

  • 1 lb Small Pasta Shells, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1/4 lb Provolone Cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 lb Hard Salami, diced
  • 1/4 lb Pepperoni Sausage, diced
  • 3 x Green Pepper, diced
  • 3 x Ribs Celery, diced
  • 2 sm Onions, diced
  • 1 can Black Olives, sliced
  • 7 ounce Green Olives, sliced
  • 3 x Tomatoes, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 c. White Vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients; shake or possibly stir well. Chill till needed. Combine all salad ingredients except tomatoes. Add in dressing, mix well. Chill 24 hrs before serving. Add in tomatoes right before serving.
