Sesame-Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp peanut oil
- 1 lb asparagus (12-16 medium thick)
- 2 Tbsp whited (hulled) sesame seed
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly oil a larger shallow roasting or half-sheet pan.
- Arrange the asparagus in a single layer in the pan.
- Roast for ten minutes. Shake the pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds and toast for another 5 minutes until the asparagus is tender and lightly browned.
- Serve hot.
