Semi-Sweet Ganache
Great topping for cupcakes, cake or to make truffles. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I prefer Ghiradelli0
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Place heavy whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Heat until simmering.
- Remove from heat, pour over chocolate chips.
- Stir until melted.
- Allow to cool slightly before dipping cupcakes or frosting cakes with ganache.
