Great topping for cupcakes, cake or to make truffles.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I prefer Ghiradelli0
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

  1. Place heavy whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Heat until simmering.
  3. Remove from heat, pour over chocolate chips.
  4. Stir until melted.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before dipping cupcakes or frosting cakes with ganache.
