SEAFOOD MIXED GRILL Ingredients
- Seabass 100gr
- Shrimps 100gr
- Calamari 50 gr
- Barboni 80 gr
- Watercress 20 gr
- Lemon 1 quarter
- Marinade 50 gr
- Dijon mustard 25 gr
- Lemon juice 2 cl
- Vinegar 1 cl
- Garlic 10 gr
- Cumin 5 gr
- Tomato quarters 2 ea
- Fish rice 80 gr
- Sumac dressing
Directions
- a. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade together and leave to rest one day.
- b. Marinate all the fish and shellfish then grill.
- c. Garnish with lettuce leaves ,grilled tomato and lemon quarters.
- d. Drizzle with sumac dressing
