Ingredients

  • Seabass 100gr
  • Shrimps 100gr
  • Calamari 50 gr
  • Barboni 80 gr
  • Watercress 20 gr
  • Lemon 1 quarter
  • Marinade 50 gr
  • Dijon mustard 25 gr
  • Lemon juice 2 cl
  • Vinegar 1 cl
  • Garlic 10 gr
  • Cumin 5 gr
  • Tomato quarters 2 ea
  • Fish rice 80 gr
  • Sumac dressing

Directions

  1. a. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade together and leave to rest one day.
  2. b. Marinate all the fish and shellfish then grill.
  3. c. Garnish with lettuce leaves ,grilled tomato and lemon quarters.
  4. d. Drizzle with sumac dressing
