Sarsiadong Maya-maya
Ingredients
- 1 Kilo of Maya Maya (or any fish you desire)
- 2 Small Eggs, beaten and with water
- Small Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato
- Salt
Directions
- Wash and clean the fish Maya Maya.
- Smother the fish with salt
- Fry them until brown. Set aside.
- Saute the diced garlic, onion, and tomato and add the beaten egg with water into the saute.
- Bring to a boil.
- Plate the fish on a platter and top with the egg sauce.
- Serve.
