    This is a traditional and simplest way to grill a fish.

    Ingredients

    • Whole Maya-Maya
    • 2 tsp Salt
    • 2 tsp Pepper
    • Vegetable Oil

    Directions

    1. Clean and Spread the fish (daing style)
    2. Rub salt and pepper all over the fish.
    3. Prepare the open fire griller (not coals)
    4. Put the fish on a spacious griller,skin on first.
    5. Control the flame by adding and removing wood
    6. Turn the fisk every few minutes to avoid burning.
    7. Once cooked and juicy, place on the big platter and serve with soy sauce with lemon dip.
