Ingredients
- 14 gm melted butter
- 213 gm can pink salmon liquid removed and mashed
- 196 gm can tuna liquid removed and mashed
- 56 gm brown breadcrumbs
- 112 gm onion grated
- 42 gm walnuts finely minced
- 1 pch salt
- ltsp dry mustard
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 2 tsp dry mixed herbs
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- 196 gm can of tomatoes liquid removed and roughly minced
Directions
- Method1 Line a 448g loaf tin with foil and brush the inside with melted butter 2 Combine fish with all other ingredients thoroughly mix together and spoon into the loaf tin 3 Smooth top and cook till firm4 Leave till lukewarm before turning out of tin 5 Slice when cool and serve as a starter or possibly main course with salad
