Russian Cream Pashka
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 env. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Strawberries
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- In a small pan blend together the sugar and gelatin. Add in water and mix well; let stand about 5 min, then bring to a full rolling boil, stirring. Remove sugar mix from heat and pour in the whipping cream.
