Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 env. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. In a small pan blend together the sugar and gelatin. Add in water and mix well; let stand about 5 min, then bring to a full rolling boil, stirring. Remove sugar mix from heat and pour in the whipping cream.
