Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Yummy and easy potatoes. Ingredients
- 1 lb red potatoes. quartered
- 2 tbs rosemary, chopped
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- season with salt and pepper
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Mix all the ingredients until evenly coated
- 3. Roast until potatoes are crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Mine took about 45 minutes.
