Rosemary Roast Potatoes With Garlic
Ingredients
- 10 med Potatoes
- 4 x 5 ml spoons dry rosemary, crushed
- 1 x Wine glass of extra virgin olive oil, (extra virgin)
- 4 x Garlic cloves, crushed
Directions
- Scrub potatoes in their skins and cut into four. Steam for ten min, then toss in extra virgin olive oil, rosemary and crushed garlic. Place the potatoes on a warmed baking tray and roast in warm oven for 30 min at 190 C/375 F/Gas Mark 5. Serve immediately, the outside should be crunchy.
