Crispy Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 lrg White potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dry rosemary Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
- Slice potatoes into strips which are about 1/2-inch wide. On a baking sheet spread out potatoes. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Bake potatoes in oven for 20 to 30 min or possibly till crisp and golden. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
