Root Beer Float Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkt White cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. Root beer
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 pkt Dream Whip topping mix, (1 envelope)
- 1/2 c. Chilled root beer
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F. Generously grease and flour 13x9 inch pan. Beat dry cake mix, root beer, oil and Large eggs on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on high speed 2 mins. Bake 30-40 mins. till done. Cook and serve with Root Beer Cream, below. Sprinkle with crushed root-beer flavored hard candies, if you like.
- ROOT BEER CREAM: Beat all together on high 4 min or possibly till thickened.
