Roesemary Oregano Chicken

- 3 Pounds Chicken Thighs and Drumsticks (Chicken breasts may be substituted)
- 1 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dried Oregano
- 2 Tbsp. Dried Rosemary
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, rosemary, garlic powder and pepper. Whisk together.
- Add chicken and turn to coat. Let stand for about 10 minutes.
- Pour chicken and marinade into a large baking pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for one hour or until chicken is browned and juices run clear. Serve with brown rice and a green salad. Serves 4 to 6
