    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup flour
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter or margarine
    • 1 1/2 cups (9 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
    • 3/4 cup granulated usgar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanuts, divided
    • 2 cups mini marshmallows
    • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
    2. Spray 8 x 2 inch or 9 x 2 inch square pan with vegetable pan spray.
    3. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and the salt.
    4. In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the butter with 1 cup of the chocolate chips
    5. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla
    6. Add the flour mixture
    7. Stir until just combined
    8. Stir in the remaining 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and the 1/4 cup peanuts
    9. Spread the batter into the prepared pan
    10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
    11. Sprinkle with the marshmallows
    12. Broil until the marshmallows are golden brown, about 1-2 minutes
    13. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup peanuts
    14. Drizzle with the melted chocolate
