    Always a hit at events and spreads. The crunch of pecans and drizzle of chocolate over mini marshmallows set these brownies way above their ordinary cousins. Nuf said!

    Ingredients

    • 1 package fudge brownie mix family size for a 13" x 9" pan
    • Cooking oil and eggs as required to make brownie mix
    • ½ cup chopped pecans
    • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
    • 1 cup marshmallow creme
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 3 tablespoons butter
    • 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
    • 1 square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. Set oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" x 2" baking pan with vegetable spray.
    2. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; stir in pecans.
    3. Spread batter in prepared pan and bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    4. Sprinkle immediately with marshmallows. Cool on a wire rack.
    5. In large saucepan, combine marshmallow creme, milk, butter, cocoa and chocolate.
    6. Cook and stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
    7. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    8. Drizzle over marshmallows.
    9. Yield: 24 brownies.
