Rhubarb Lemonade Punch
Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) packages. frzn rhubarb (3 c. fresh)
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (6 ounce) can frzn lemonade concentrate
- 3 c. water
- 2 (7 ounce) bottles (about 2 c.) lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
Directions
- In saucepan, put together the rhubarb, sugar, frzn lemonade concentrate and water.Cover and cook about 20 min, or possibly till rhubarb is very soft. Strain to remove pulp. Refrigerate the liquid.
- Just before serving, pour rhubarb-lemonade mix over ice cubes in a punch bowl. Carefully pour in lemon lime carbonated beverage. Makes 12 servings.
