Strawberry - Lemonade Punch
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn strawberries
- 5 c. water
- 2 (6 ounce) cans frzn pink lemonade concentrate, thawed & undiluted
- 1/2 gal. strawberry ice cream
Directions
- Put together first 3 ingredients, stir to dissolve sugar and let stand 5 min. Add in strawberries, stirring till thawed. Add in water and lemonade, stirring well. Refrigerate thoroughly. Spoon ice cream into punch just before serving. Yields: 4 1/2 qts.
