Ingredients

  • 2 (12 ounce) packages. frzn rhubarb (3 c. fresh)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frzn lemonade concentrate
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 (7 ounce) bottles (about 2 c.) lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled

Directions

  1. In saucepan, put together the rhubarb, sugar, frzn lemonade concentrate and water.Cover and cook about 20 min, or possibly till rhubarb is very soft. Strain to remove pulp. Refrigerate the liquid.
  2. Just before serving, pour rhubarb-lemonade mix over ice cubes in a punch bowl. Carefully pour in lemon lime carbonated beverage. Makes 12 servings.
